No. Our Walk-in area is open during all our store hours for anyone who wants to come in and do art. If you want to you may call ahead (301-762-5ART) to see if we are busy but otherwise just come on by!

No, our prices are inclusive of studio time & supplies.  You are welcome to create for as long as you want.  If you are unable to finish your project in one visit you can come back another day to finish for only a $5 return visit fee.

If you cant finish your project in one day you can come back another day to finish for only $5! This counts for the whole group (So if one or six people come back it's still $5 for the whole group).  The return visit fee is waived with a new purchase of $10 or more.!

All pieces that are left and fired are foodsafe(Ceramics or Glass). Items painted with Acrylics are not.

Mosaicing is a two-step process. The first step  is arranging multicolored tile on a wooden base and glueing it down (If you love puzzles this is the project for you - It's still fun if you dont like puzzles though). The second step is grouting and you have three option;

1. You can take it home and grout it

2.  You can come back and grout it for $5 (but we take care of all of the cleaup)

3. You pay us to grout it for you (Price depends on size of piece)

We don't reccommend  adishwasher or microwave as it could (in very rare instances) cause cracking or chipping. it is NOT oven safe.

It takes about a week for us to fire your piece.

Yes, our kiln heats up to 1860 degrees so we really are "firing" it. :)

Sorry not at this time. We can't be sure what type of bisque or paints you used and whether its compatible with our process.
